A small shop, not a marketplace

Velusure exists for a simple reason: most homes don't need more stuff. They need a few things that genuinely work.

We're not a marketplace and we're not trying to sell you everything. We carry a small, deliberately short list of practical home essentials — the kind of thing you use without thinking about it, every day — and each one has to earn its place before it goes on the site.

Velusure is based in the Netherlands and ships worldwide. It's a small operation, which is why every email gets answered by a person rather than a ticket system.

One question, asked of everything

Every product has to answer the same question: does this actually make a daily routine easier?

• It solves a real problem. Filtered shower water. A bag of food that stays properly sealed. A car console that finally gets clean.
• It's built to be used. We look for things that hold up to daily use, not novelties that end up in a drawer.
• It's simple. No app to install, no manual to study. It should work the moment you unbox it.

If something doesn't clear all three, it doesn't go on the site. That's why the range is short and stays short.

Where your parcel comes from, and how long it takes

We don't hold a warehouse of stock. When you order, it goes to the supplier who makes the product and they send it directly to you. That keeps the range focused and the prices sensible, and it has two consequences worth being upfront about.

• It isn't next-day. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. After that, allow 6–12 business days to the Netherlands and Belgium, 7–14 to the rest of Europe, 8–15 to the US and Canada, and 10–20 to the rest of the world.
• More than one item may arrive separately. Items ship per product, so a two-item order can turn up on two different days, each with its own tracking.

Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show its first scan, so a quiet tracking page early on is normal rather than a sign something is wrong.

The part that matters after you've paid

• Free worldwide delivery on every order, with no minimum spend. There is no shipping cost added at checkout.
• 30 days to change your mind, counted from the day your order is delivered. The item needs to come back unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is yours unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect — then we cover it.
• A real reply. Email us and a person answers, usually within one working day, Monday to Friday. If it's about an order, include your order number and we'll look it up straight away.
