Which plug will I get?

Choose your plug standard when you order: European, British, American or Australian.

What happens if the power cuts out while it is on the glass?

It has a 20-minute UPS backup, which keeps it attached to the window rather than letting it fall.

Do I have to guide it around the window?

No. It maps its own route across the pane, and gives audible alerts for cleaning status. Its 30 ml tank mists water onto the glass as it goes so the pads lift dirt instead of smearing it.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. After that:

  • Netherlands and Belgium: 6–12 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 7–14 business days
  • US and Canada: 8–15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show its first scan, so a quiet tracking page early on is normal.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Shipping is free on every order, worldwide, with no minimum spend. There is no shipping cost added at checkout.

Will my order arrive in one parcel?

Not always. If you order more than one item they may ship separately and arrive on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking, so nothing is missing if one turns up first.

Can I return it?

Yes — you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered. The item needs to come back unused and in its original packaging.

Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, in which case we cover it.

Cleaning windows is the household job nobody volunteers for — especially the ones you can't safely reach. The Velusure ClearView™ sticks to the glass, works out its own route across the pane and cleans it while you do something else.

Its built-in tank mists water evenly onto the glass to loosen dirt before the pads wipe it away, so you get an even finish instead of streaks.

Why you'll use it

  • Reaches what you can't. High windows, skylights and glass doors, without a ladder.
  • Even misting. 30 ml tank sprays as it goes for a streak-free result.
  • Plans its own path. Intelligent route mapping covers the whole pane.
  • Stays put in a power cut. 20-minute UPS backup keeps it attached to the glass.
  • Tells you what it's doing. Audible alerts for cleaning status.
