Shipping Information
We ship Velusure products directly to customers around the world. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our fulfilment centre.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the moment you order.

Busy periods, customs checks and remote delivery addresses can add time. If your order is taking noticeably longer than the estimate above, contact us and we'll chase it for you.
Tracking your order
Every order ships with tracking. You can follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page using the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email.
Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show its first scan after dispatch. This is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Split deliveries
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You're never charged extra for this.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it if the parcel hasn't shipped yet.
