Will it fit my shower?

Yes, if your shower uses a standard flexible hose. The PureFlow has a screw-in fitting and goes on by hand — no tools and no plumber.

How do I replace the filter?

Unscrew the head, take out the used cartridge, drop in a new one and screw the head back on. Replacement filters are available as a variant on this page.

What is it made of?

ABS with chrome plating. It weighs 150 g and is rated for water from 0 to 80 °C.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. After that:

  • Netherlands and Belgium: 6–12 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 7–14 business days
  • US and Canada: 8–15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show its first scan, so a quiet tracking page early on is normal.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Shipping is free on every order, worldwide, with no minimum spend. There is no shipping cost added at checkout.

Will my order arrive in one parcel?

Not always. If you order more than one item they may ship separately and arrive on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking, so nothing is missing if one turns up first.

Can I return it?

Yes — you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered. The item needs to come back unused and in its original packaging.

Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, in which case we cover it.

Most showers disappoint for the same two reasons: weak pressure and hard water. The Velusure PureFlow™ deals with both, and it swaps onto a standard hose in about a minute.

The head concentrates the spray without any change to your plumbing, while a built-in filter cartridge works on chlorine and sediment in the water passing through it.

Why you'll use it

  • A steadier, more concentrated spray. Same plumbing, noticeably better shower.
  • Built-in filtration. The cartridge works on chlorine and sediment.
  • Two spray modes. Switch between rain and massage.
  • Fits standard hoses. Screw-in fitting — no tools, no plumber.
  • Two finishes. Choose matte black or chrome.
