What can I use it on?

It is shaped for fabric rather than floors — mattresses, sofas, pillows, bedding and pet beds.

What is the difference between the 7.4 V and 12 V versions?

The 12 V is the stronger-suction option. Both are cordless and charge wirelessly.

How long does a mattress take?

The suction mouth is 10–15 cm wide, so a double mattress is covered in minutes rather than inch by inch. The dust cup holds 0.1–0.2 L.

What does the UV lamp do?

It passes UV light over the surface as you vacuum, alongside the suction.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. After that:

Netherlands and Belgium: 6–12 business days
Rest of Europe: 7–14 business days
US and Canada: 8–15 business days
Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show its first scan, so a quiet tracking page early on is normal.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Shipping is free on every order, worldwide, with no minimum spend. There is no shipping cost added at checkout.

Will my order arrive in one parcel?

Not always. If you order more than one item they may ship separately and arrive on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking, so nothing is missing if one turns up first.

Can I return it?

Yes — you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered. The item needs to come back unused and in its original packaging.

Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, in which case we cover it.

You wash your sheets, but the mattress underneath never gets cleaned. The Velusure DustPure™ is built for exactly that job: a handheld vacuum shaped to work across mattresses, sofas, pillows and pet beds.

It combines strong suction with a UV lamp and a wide 10–15 cm nozzle, so you cover a mattress quickly rather than inch by inch.

Why you'll use it

Wide head. 10–15 cm suction mouth covers a double mattress in minutes.
UV lamp built in. Passes UV light over the surface as you vacuum.
Cordless. Wireless charging, so there's no cable dragging across the bed.
