What kind of bags does it seal?

Plastic bags — crisps, pasta, coffee, frozen vegetables. Press it along the top of the bag and it heat-welds the plastic closed in about two seconds, instead of a clip that never quite works.

How is it charged, and how long does it last?

It charges over USB-C on a 1300 mAh battery, with a full charge taking 2–3 hours. It is cordless in use, so you can seal anywhere on the worktop.

How big is it?

121 × 50.6 × 40 mm and 174 g — roughly the size of a TV remote, so it fits in a kitchen drawer.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. After that:

  • Netherlands and Belgium: 6–12 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 7–14 business days
  • US and Canada: 8–15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show its first scan, so a quiet tracking page early on is normal.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Shipping is free on every order, worldwide, with no minimum spend. There is no shipping cost added at checkout.

Will my order arrive in one parcel?

Not always. If you order more than one item they may ship separately and arrive on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking, so nothing is missing if one turns up first.

Can I return it?

Yes — you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered. The item needs to come back unused and in its original packaging.

Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, in which case we cover it.

Half-used bags of crisps, pasta, coffee and frozen veg all have the same problem: the clip never really works. The Velusure FreshSeal™ heat-seals the bag shut in about two seconds, so what's inside stays as fresh as when you opened it.

Press down along the top of the bag and it welds the plastic closed. No cling film, no clips, no decanting into containers.

Why you'll use it

  • A real seal, not a clip. Keeps out air and moisture properly.
  • Cordless. 1300 mAh battery, so you can use it anywhere on the worktop.
  • Charges over USB-C. Full charge in 2–3 hours.
  • Small enough to keep in a drawer. 174 g and about the size of a TV remote.
