Is this meant to replace my normal vacuum?

No. It is built for small messes rather than whole floors — the kind of spill where getting the full-size vacuum out is never worth it. At 255 g it is light enough to use one-handed and small enough to live in a drawer or a car door pocket.

Where can I actually use it?

The places a full-size vacuum cannot reach comfortably: the car console, a keyboard, sofa seams and drawers.

Does it need to be plugged in?

No. It is cordless, so there is nothing to plug in or trip over and no socket to hunt for.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. After that:

  • Netherlands and Belgium: 6–12 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 7–14 business days
  • US and Canada: 8–15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show its first scan, so a quiet tracking page early on is normal.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Shipping is free on every order, worldwide, with no minimum spend. There is no shipping cost added at checkout.

Will my order arrive in one parcel?

Not always. If you order more than one item they may ship separately and arrive on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking, so nothing is missing if one turns up first.

Can I return it?

Yes — you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered. The item needs to come back unused and in its original packaging.

Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, in which case we cover it.

Getting the full-size vacuum out for a few crumbs is never worth it — so the crumbs stay. The Velusure AirVac™ lives in a drawer or the car door pocket and handles the small messes in seconds.

At 255 g it's light enough to use one-handed, and cordless so there's nothing to plug in or trip over.

Why you'll use it

  • Always within reach. Small enough to keep where the mess happens.
  • Gets into the awkward places. Car console, keyboard, sofa seams, drawers.
  • No cord. Cordless design, no socket hunting.
  • Light in the hand. 255 g, so it's comfortable to hold at an angle.
